REASON FOR SALE: By order of the honorable Judge Joan A. Lloyd, United States Bankruptcy Court—Western District of Kentucky; Michael Wheatley, Trustee in Bankruptcy, for Alliance Management Services, LLC, Debtors, Case #16-31239 has commissioned Harned Auctioneers, LLC to sell the following property under the hammer.

TERMS OF SALE: Trucks, Trailers, Any Other Titled Property and Forklift: Total transaction price of trucks, trailers and forklift will be paid as follows – $3,500.00 per truck/forklift and $500.00 per trailer (of the total transaction price) to be paid down as earnest money at the time of signing of the contract (in the form of a cashier’s check, bank check or cash) to be paid to Harned Auctioneers, LLC Escrow Account.  Balance will be paid by wire transfer no later than Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at least 48 hours prior to transfer of title and possession. Title will be transferred at the Grayson County Clerk’s Office on October 6, 2017 and possession will be delivered immediately thereafter.

Dealer’s Option on Trucks, Trailers, Other Titled Property and Forklift: Total transaction price will be paid by cashier’s check, bank check or personal check with current auctioneer approved irrevocable bank letter of credit addressed to Harned Auctioneers, LLC.   Title will be transferred at the Grayson County Clerk’s Office on or before October 6, 2017 and possession will be delivered immediately thereafter.

All other Equipment and Inventory: Cash or personal check with proper identification.  All purchasers must have a valid government picture identification at time of registration at the sale.

NOTE:A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the total transaction price.  A $10.00 bank wire fee will be charged to the buyer of all titled vehicle transactions and forklift that are still partially owed after the sale.
