A large crowd of approx. 150 people showed up on Saturday, November 21 @ 11:07am at 3300 St. Joe Road, Raywick, KY, Schumacher Hall to bid on the multiple properties being sold by the Lester Farmer Heirs.

SALE #1 – Lots of bidders came to “Bid & Buy” on the 57.861 acre Maupin farm, selling in 3 tracts. Volume buyers of the day were Joshua C. Veatch of Lebanon, KY, buying 7.345 acres for $46,053.15, followed by Frederick A. Higdon of Lebanon, KY purchasing 27.304 acres for $36,041.28, and Justin E. Brady, of Campbellsville, KY, purchasing 23.212 acres for $30,639.84.

SALE #2 – Bright farm. Selling in 6 tracts. Volume buyers were Richard E. Lee of Lebanon, KY, buying 19.3503 acres for $119,197.85, John L. Brady of Lebanon, KY, buying 60.7416 acres for $46,076.68, and Michael W. Maupin buying 5.0733 acres for $10,045.13.

 SALE #3 – 59.929  acre Abell farm sold in 5 tracts. Volume buyers of the day were William B. & Rose Mary Land, LLC of Loretto, KY, purchasing 26.4178 acres for $76,106.76, Richard E. Lee of Lebanon, KY, purchasing 10.8774 acres for $67,004.78, and Justin E. Brady of Campbellsville, KY, purchasing 22.6338 acres for $37,930.99.

“These properties had something for every prospective bidder – tracts ranging in size from 5 acres to 25.99 acres– some farmstead acres, cropland or woodland– County water & road frontage as well!
